Joints and interfaces are one of the key aspects design production composite structures. This paper investigates effect adhesive–adherend interface morphology on mechanical behavior wavy-lap joints with aim to improve performance. Intentional deviation from a flat joint plane was introduced in different bond angles (0°, 60°, 90° 120°) were subjected quasi-static tensile load.
